While conducting routine patrols along Kruger Road, President Park, Constable Maleka, Constable Sewnundan, and Crime Prevention Warden KK Pillay (F) observed a suspicious bakkie fully loaded with sealed boxes.![]()

The vehicle was stopped and searched in the presence of the driver. Upon inspection, the boxes were found to contain bottles of vodka. The driver failed to produce any documentation verifying the legality or origin of the cargo and was unable to provide a reasonable explanation for its possession.![]()

Both the driver and the passenger confirmed that the alcohol was being transported to Tembisa.![]()
